Caregivers
Help clients in their own homes with the everyday things: bathing, dressing, meals, getting around safely, light housekeeping, errands and company.
What we’re looking for
- Patient, reliable and kind, with respect for people’s privacy and routines
- Experience caring for older adults or people with a disability is welcome, and we train you in how we work
- Able to travel to clients in Fulshear, Katy, Richmond and western Fort Bend County
Required
- A valid state ID or driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
Administrative staff
Keep the office running: answering calls from families, scheduling caregivers, keeping records in order, and helping new clients get started.
What we’re looking for
- Organized, warm on the phone, and comfortable with scheduling software and email
- Experience in a home care or healthcare office is a plus
Alternate Administrator
Help lead a new, growing agency alongside the owner, and step in to run day-to-day operations when the administrator is away. A chance to join early and grow with Accord.
What we’re looking for
- Experience supervising staff or managing operations in home care or a similar setting
- Steady, organized and comfortable with state regulations and record-keeping
- Must meet the qualifications Texas sets for an alternate administrator, which we will go over with you
Care Designer
We are seeking a compassionate, organized Care Designer to create and coordinate personalized care plans for our clients. You’ll work closely with clients, families, and our care team to make sure every plan reflects individual needs, preferences, and goals.
What you’ll do
- Assess client needs and design tailored care plans
- Coordinate with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers
- Review and update plans as needs change
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records
- Ensure services meet quality and safety standards
What we’re looking for
- Experience in personal care, healthcare, social services, or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A caring, respectful approach to working with others
- Good organization and documentation skills
- Relevant certification or training is an asset
