Privacy notice
Bloomer Ventures LLC d/b/a Accord Personal Care ("Accord", "we") respects your privacy and the privacy of the people in our care. This notice explains what we collect and how we use it.
This website
We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit this site and which pages they find useful. It sets analytics cookies and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. We use it only to improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics for advertising or share it with advertisers.
When you first visit, a notice at the bottom of the page lets you decline. If you decline, analytics stops and its cookies are removed, and we remember your choice. Visitors from the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing loads unless they accept. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, contact details and message so we can reply. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and does not set cookies. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for anything except responding to you and, if you become a client, providing your care.
If you apply for a job, we receive the details you enter and any résumé you attach. Only the people hiring at Accord see them, and applications and résumés are deleted automatically after six months.
Please do not send medical details through the form or by email. We will talk them through with you in person.
Clients and their families
To provide care, we keep information about our clients, such as contact details, the services in the care plan, daily care notes and billing records. We share it only with the people who need it to provide your care, with people you authorize, or when the law requires it, for example to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission during a licensing inspection.
Electronic disclosure of health information
Texas law requires us to tell you that your health information may be subject to electronic disclosure. When we share it electronically, we do so only as the law allows and, where required, with your written authorization.

You may ask to see, correct, or ask questions about the information we hold about you. Contact us at [email protected] or 817.422.3180.
