Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Ade Otenaike is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Accord Personal Care, a locally owned home-care provider serving families in Fulshear, Texas. With more than 18 years of home-care experience, he is committed to delivering compassionate, reliable, and personalized support that helps clients remain safely and comfortably at home.

Ade holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nonprofit Management and brings additional professional experience in information technology. His background in healthcare services, nonprofit leadership, and technology supports Accord’s people-centered approach, strong operations, and responsive communication.

As an owner-operated organization, Accord benefits from Ade’s direct involvement in understanding client needs, helping match families with compatible caregivers, and maintaining high standards of care, dignity, and service.

Abbey Sunmonu, RN, BSN, MS

Independent Consultant and Advisor

Abbey Sunmonu is an experienced registered nurse, healthcare administrator, and consultant with more than 28 years of leadership experience in home healthcare and care management.

She spent 10 years managing day-to-day operations at Integrated Care Management and 18 years serving as a registered nurse and administrator with Summy Healthlink Corporation. Her background includes clinical leadership, operational management, care coordination, and supporting quality, patient-centered services.

As an Independent Consultant and Advisor with Accord, Abbey provides practical guidance on care operations, administrative best practices, quality improvement, and compassionate service delivery.
